Morning Yoga Workout. Better Than the Gym

Yoga poses are great to strengthen and relax the body, but there's a lot more to Yoga than that.



One of my favorite times to practice is first thing in the morning. I’m a mother of a two year old and have a busy career. I’ve found personally if I wait to practice, I either run out of time or energy!

I often tell my beginners to establish a home practice they can commit to and do daily or every other day. Morning time is a great time to start to get you in to the habit of rolling out your sticky mat and moving with your breath. It will set you up for a very productive, healthy, positive day, too.

Five centuries later Lorem Ipsum experienced a surge in popularity with the release of Letraset's dry-transfer sheets. These sheets of lettering could be rubbed on anywhere and were quickly adopted by graphic artists, printers, architects, and advertisers for their professional look and ease of use.

Letraset included Lorem Ipsum passages in a panoply of fonts, styles, and sizes, solidifying the Latin-esque phrase's place in the print and graphics industry. Those with an eye for detail will have even caught a tribute to the classic text in an episode of Mad Men.

The program came bundled with Lorem Ipsum dummy text to help with laying out page content, and other word processors like Microsoft Word followed suit.
